This special day event features yoga sessions led by Laura, combined with dynamic Barre class with Ivy that caters to all fitness levels. Additionally, we are pleased to offer an insightful talk by a specialist on the importance of pelvic floor health, providing valuable knowledge for your overall wellbeing.

Nestled in the beautiful and tranquil members only Barnsgrove Clubhouse, this retreat is a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. It includes a delicious and nutritious lunch prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients to nourish your body from within. Beyond the scheduled activities, participants will have access to the club’s amenities, which have been thoughtfully designed to enhance your retreat experience.

1000 - 1030 Breathwork and sharing circle led by Laura & Ivy

1100 - 1200 Barre fitness with Ivy

1200 - 1300 Lunch

1400 - 1500 Specialist Talk / workshop on Pelvic Floor Health by Ali Cansell

1500 - 1600 Flow and Restore Yoga with Laura

1600 - Homeward bound
