As let’s face it, there is a very big range to energy levels and mood during pregnancy!

No yoga experience is necessary, classes are gentle and focus on you learning about your changing body, tuning into your intuition, discovering what your body needs to nourish you and your baby.

You can enjoy the classes from your own home, at a time that suits you and PJs very much encouraged.

    A short introduction video sharing a little bit about me, the benefits of yoga during your pregnancy and what to expect throughout the collection. I also share some information about what you might need to increase your at home experience and how to use props.

    A practice for the days when you may not feel like moving that much. A gentle full body sequence, bringing a deeper connection to your body as you navigate the tiring days of the 1st trimester as your baby is beginning to grow.

    Don’t forget your pelvic floor! A short practice to bring a greater awareness to your pelvic floor. This video will support you in both toning and relaxing the pelvic floor to prepare for birth and to maintain healthy function throughout pregnancy and beyond.

    For the days when you are feeling like you can manage some more movement. As you flow through this sequence, you will send energy around the whole body, increase your heart rate and release those feel-good endorphins. This practice is great for you if you are hoping to lift your energy levels…and your mood!

    What is it? Why do some women get it? What can be done to improve symptoms? During this short video I also share my own experiences, some advice, tips and modifications to keep in mind throughout your pregnancy.

    A chance to enjoy a longer yoga flow, created to maintain your strength, engage with your core and pelvic floor muscles, as well as deepen your awareness to your breath, your body and your baby. This practice is a higher intensity, for the feeling good days often in the 2nd trimester or when you are feeling more energised!

    Quick fix flow

    A short practice full of feel-good stretches for the days when you are short on time or maybe the thought of a longer practice feels too much. Maybe you have had a poor night's sleep or been sat at your desk working, this quick wiggle will mobilise your body and lift your spirits.

    Golden thread breath

    Here you will practice this magical breathing technique to use for labour, insomnia and anxiety. When we are in pain, we tighten our muscles and constrict our breathing. However, by focusing on the breath, we allow ourselves to soften, so we can help to reduce our focus on the discomfort, acting as an antidote to pain, as well as bringing a greater state of relaxation to the body.

    A nourishing practice with a slower pace, to release tension, down regulate your nervous system, rest your body and prepare for a better sleep. Helping you make space and prioritise deep rest. Crucial in your third trimester.

    Designed for women in the last few weeks of pregnancy as you prepare to meet your baby. Now your body may require specific modifications and by using a ball you can continue to enjoy your yoga practice. We practice movements and positions to help your baby get into an optimal foetal position, ready for birth.
